Testing the water leaving a box off a favorite chair of Buster's, he didn't flinch, he rested on the floor. As we readied for bed, I heard the soft touch to a rocking chair and new that he had jumped up and was settling in. I smiled, before heading to bed I walked to him, giving him a hug wished him good dreams and a restful sleep.
Yet now as we update, he lays on the floor, not the chair and Carlee under the desk at my feet. Like most people, they like to lay up against something or someone. Pack animals, we're a good pack.
Crazy Daze was crazy, refreshing and lacking any breeze for the start. At 93 degrees, the warm breeze that picked up was comforting as we finally had shade from our tent tops. Hot days zap me and when I return home, unpack our treats, I'm useless for the rest of the day. So today, Happy August, we have tons of stuff to catch up on, we'd better get crackin'.
Enjoy your day, its been 4 weeks that Buster had to restrain from jumping and he rested well, so well, we needed to coax him out of the chair this morning. Easing into his new found freedom, we'll still keep an eye on him and I see a ride in his near future.
Take care friends.
