Our morning began about 2am, Buster came in to let me know that he was about to be sick. Almost nothing wakes me quicker and moves me faster than a wretching dog, scooping him up and dashing him to the wood floor, it's just so much easier to clean than carpet.
I know I've mentioned it before, but the dogs just know when it's the weekend. Yes, I do think they can count and even tell time, we haven't used the wake up radio in months. Buster had a hankering for new grass, found some seeding buffalo and sampled and sampled and sampled a bit more.
We should be outside, but Sunday morning's are ours, we make a good wholesome breakfast (whole wheat/flax pancakes) have coffee on the deck and watch Sunday Morning with Charles narrating to us.
I purchased a lovely goat soap from Dakotagoats yesterday at the Farmer's Market and it is wonderful. Each time I stopped for a quick break from mowing yesterday, I felt I needed to wash my hands just to use it, it is silky smooth and you need to purchase your own bar or bars, give to your friends. Deb will tell you all about it, the minerals, vitamins and she has samples, to smell and use.
Clouds and blue sky greet our day, little wind blowing our prairie grass and it's time for a r-i-d-e (did I mention they can spell too) as soon as I touch the closet door, they act like pups. On that note, enjoy today, get out in it and spend time with your family.
Off we go!
