Warm lap...

Early morning's of the past week has shown us clear view of the city and then it simply disappears. Fog has been thick and dense lifting only when it wants to. We love fog, it is peaceful, silent and wraps us in a blanket of white. We don't hop in the car to leave the house, we wait until the fog lifts. Life is such a treasure and as we age we have become wiser.

The humans have been entertained by the Olympics and as the dogs have spent much of the weekend out, they have chosen their soft spots close by resting, snoring and dreaming. Many of their sounds and actions are human-like, we're not sure if they are learned from us or we from them. Whatever the story, we smile.

They are great burpers; they love fresh fruits and veggies and well, then there is another sound. Tasting in small increments, they especially like red bell peppers, we learn from foods we eat and we learn from foods we give them in small portions. Eyes water.

Leaving that impression on your mind, Buster waits for a lap, enjoy your week.
