We shouldn't be surprised when the weekend rolls around that the blustery winds and it's friend snow should arrive to stay for a few days. We are however, thankful for the sun to shine no matter it's warmth as it seems to make our hearts lighter.
Winds shifted last night plastering snow and ice on odd sides of the cabin, which melts with the "beating" sun and from the warmth within. Wishing the dogs Happy Valentine's this morning giving them heart shaped treats and for us, heart healthy pancakes and hazelnut coffee, doesn't that just warm ya.
