It was near dark when we carried in our last boxes from yesterday's fair at the Pierre Mall. Carlee was growling low and mean, until I turned around did I notice her reflection in the door window. She didn't like what she saw because when she moved, the other dog did too. We saved the door pulling the blind, patting her on the head reassuring she was safe, she trotted off to find her duck.
Another good fair, great weather, new customers, interested parties and cool winds for the hunting dogs and their humans. We could've been home painting, but we were in good company as we were placed next to friends which make the slow parts of the day faster.
We're taking it easy today, we'll bake only a few hours and find time for a ride and walk. Sunday's are good for family, enjoy yours, mine is dreaming nearby.
Take care friends.
