Today is a great day for a nap, especially after a weekend with a lot of barking dogs, mainly the same size as ours. They saw a beagle, bulldog, basset hounds, great dane and a jack russell. We don't kennel very often, a last minute item for the humans to travel.
They faired well, Carlee sick a few times from anxiety and Buster looks older, they lay close by sleeping and will do so for the day. Just as well, the weather outside is chilly and rainy, snuggled into warm blankets near heat vents that are dormant.
On that note, our warm hearts need warm hands to hug a warm coffee mug. Enjoy your day, keep your dog close, warm and dry.
Bab's Bites 'n Bones will be at the Farmer's Market, opening this coming Saturday, May 15th at the same location last year at the corner of Sioux Ave and Pierre St. in Pierre SD. The sun will shine and we welcome your smiles.
