Just as some people change out new air in their car tires for Spring, we are ready to open our windows and refresh our home. Washing everybody's blankets, vacuuming and scrubbing floors help, but oh what a wonder new air would bring. Airring out is one of few items on our Spring cleaning list. We don't wash windows then birds know not to hit them, there isn't a reflection.
We do however wash car windows due to little nose prints, paw prints and the occasional nose following a passing car streak oh yes and licking the smudges off. Sounds unappealing after breakfast, but it's our world...welcome! Besides, they are so happy to do this love of affection for us, how can we complain. We know there are many vehicles out there with the same love of affection on their windows as ours.
Snow again, Buster is disappointed, he stays out as long as he possibly can that he cannot muster to scratch the door. We find him shaking from tip of nose to tip of tail watching nothing go by, but it's outside and it's where he wants to be. Until we open the door we ask,"ready to come in and warm up?" he hesitates, takes one more look around then up at us and comes in when we offer to let him out again later. They both have a very good coat and a must for this time of year, after all, I'm not out long without my coat, cap and gloves. As if the furnace knows we are talking of the chill it kicks in.
Btw, you don't need to change out the air in your tires for any season, it's good all year round. Take care friends.
I definitely hear you on the Spring cleaning..for some reason it kicked in here. I guess I just need something to stay busy with inside for now as I am itching to plant the garden and smell fresh cut grass and feel hot blazing sun on my shoulders. Say now, do you remember that one particular farmers market where we nearly all had heat stroke!! I won't complain this summer...no sirree...I am ready!! I think little Buster is getting apring fever also...it's been a long winter!
